My Business Philosophy
Be upfront with clients from the start. We are all busy and our time is equally valuable to us. I always try to determine quickly if my services are best suited to my client’s present situation and if I am able to assist them efficiently and effectively.
Respond in a timely manner. I will always return phone calls and emails within the same day. I also make it a policy that I follow up with all my clients on a weekly basis by telephone or email to provide some feedback about the transaction.
Flexibility. My client’s are faced with many challenges on a daily basis which could force them to make adjustments to their decision on either selling their business, buying a business or obtaining financing. I always respect their decision to do what they think is the best for them at a given time.
Integrity always comes first. Integrity is one of the most important principle to me. A person’s word should be as good as it is in writing. My reputation in the industry is very important to me. Being in business has taught me that integrity must come first.
Respect. Be honest and fair with people. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. We all share so much in common with each other.
